What happens to the details you send us through the VEXEN early-access form, in plain words.

What we collect

When you send the early-access form, we receive what you typed in it:

Your name

So we know who we're talking to.

Work email

So we can reply.

Company

The business you'd use VEXEN for.

Website

Optional.

Industry and team size

So the demo is set up for your kind of business and size.

What you use today

Optional. The tools you mention.

Your message

Optional. Anything else you tell us.

Along with it, we also record:

• Which page you sent it from: the home page, or the publishing, agencies or consultancies page.
• Ad-campaign tags: if you arrived from an ad or a link with tags in its address (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term and utm_content), we keep those tags, cut to 200 characters each. They tell us which campaign brought you, not who you are.
• Your IP address: used for spam protection, so one address can't flood the form with requests.
• The date and time you sent it.

The form also has a hidden field that people never see. Automated spam bots tend to fill it in, and anything that arrives with it filled in is thrown away.

We don't use the form to set cookies. These pages load their fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers to download them.

Why we use it

• To reply to you, usually within one business day, and arrange a demo of VEXEN set up for your business.
• To understand which pages and ad campaigns bring in early-access requests, so we spend on what works.
• To keep the form free of spam and abuse.

We only use these details to contact you about VEXEN. We won't add you to anyone else's mailing list.

How long we keep it

We keep your request while we're talking to you about early access. If you become a customer, it becomes part of your account. If you don't, we delete your request, including the IP address stored with it, within 12 months of our last contact with you. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we will.

Who sees it

The VEXEN team, and the hosting and database providers that store the information for us. They may only use it to provide that service to us.

We never sell your details, and we don't share them with advertisers.

Asking for a copy or deletion

Email [email protected] from the address you used on the form and tell us what you'd like: a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion. We'll confirm when it's done.

If something here isn't clear, or you think we've got something wrong, write to the same address.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we use these details, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
